The CEFG Group was presented during the Conference on transparency and open government strategies: projects presented at A. Ortuño 2014 awards organised by the Catalan School of Public Administration on 19 March 2014. In the speech “Open or ´closed´ government” Alexander Heichlinger talked about seven steps leading to public sector excellence and stressed the importance of the linkage between strong strategies and long-term visions and sound financial management.
